Why does my concrete piece look different from the photo?
Each vessel is cast and finished by hand. Small shifts in tone, pores, and surface grain are natural evidence of the process, not faults.
How do I pay with DuitNow QR?
Place your order, scan the QR on the payment page, use your order number as the reference, then upload the receipt. The Studio reviews it and emails you when payment is confirmed.
When will my order ship?
The product page shows the current dispatch target. Tracking appears in your account and is emailed when the parcel leaves the studio.
Can I return a custom piece?
Custom and made-to-order pieces are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Damaged or incorrect orders are handled separately.
What is the QR code on my candle?
It opens that candle's product passport: its batch and materials, care guidance, burn tracker, registration, and continuation request path.
How should I burn my candle?
Trim the wick before each burn, allow the melt pool to reach the edges on the first burn, keep it away from drafts, and never leave it unattended.
