Dispatch
In-stock pieces
Usually dispatched within 2 working days after payment is confirmed.
Made-to-order pieces
Usually dispatched within 7 working days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery in Malaysia
Every courier order is tracked. The final rate is shown before you place the order and is based on the delivery state.
Orders of RM 90.00 or more are delivered free, anywhere in Malaysia.

Returns
Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a change-of-mind return request.
Unused standard items may be returned in their original condition after approval. Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind. Contact the studio before sending anything back; return delivery costs are normally paid by the customer.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact the studio within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement, repair, or refund.
